Physical Goods

BizAppCraft occasionally provides physical goods related to one of our services or products, such as promotional materials or hardware components directly linked to our solutions.

Refund Policy

Services

Refunds for software development services are generally not provided due to the customized nature of the work. However, if a service is canceled before commencement, a full refund of any prepayment will be issued. If cancellation occurs after work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the completed portion of the service. Refunds will be processed back via the original payment method within 14 business days.

Service arrangements may include the possibility to reschedule or transfer the service delivery date upon mutual agreement, with notification at least 7 calendar days in advance.

Information Products

Refunds for digital informational products are available only if the product has not been accessed or downloaded. In such cases, contact us promptly to request a refund, which will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days. Due to the nature of digital content, no refund is possible once the product has been accessed.

Physical Goods

Refund requests for physical goods must be made within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be credited via the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

No Refund Exceptions

Some specialized custom solutions may expressly include terms stating no refunds, due to upfront resource allocation and customization specifics. Such conditions will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.
